We've got the Motorola dual tuner DVR-6412 in Evansville,IN.
The hard drive is up from 80GB to 120GB but HD recordings eat up HD space.
Unless you really need to playback in HD-Like the Brickyard 400(Go Tony Stewart) record in digital off the regular channels.
The new remote has direct button to your DVR recordings, the Last button take you back to the last viewed channel and the Swap button lets you flip between 2 channels or recordings. It really a big step up to dual viewing. You'll be able to veiw PIP on dual tuner TV's after INsight downloads new software later in the year to the DVR... :)

You can't get any commitment from Insight on the schedule for
new HD channels-If you do they're always late. But the Dual tuner DVR does make recording and viewing what you do get amazing...The ability to be recording one show and while your watching another and decide you want to tape it also is worth the extra $3/mo...

Thinking of going back to cable, Directv charges for equipment upgrades, then they want a 2yr. contract. Total BS when your buying equipment (HD-DVR) does anyone know how insight HD compares to direct. The Motorola DVR sounds pretty cool.

I had motorola dual tuner dvr in columbus ohio thru insight.
I liked it except for a little noise.
Moved to Charter area in atlanta georgia.
I have Moxi box. It is OK but not as good as Motorola.
I think Cable is still the way to go because you do not have to buy to equipment and sign long term committment.
Just my two cents.
