I just got an Syntax 37" LCD TV and was wondering if anyone here had a clue about the availability of the ATSC Tuner to replace the NTSC one. Is it worthwhile to get an ATSC tuner if I plan to only get DTV from OTA brodcasters I don't have cable or dish since I don't feel like it is worth it for the poor quality of programming. I just want to be able to watch news and sports.
I am pretty happy with it so far, I used dead pixel buddy to check for corpses, only one dead pixel (blue only) and it is impossible to notice it when watching a show. I am having still screwing with the picture settings to get the color exactly how I want it. The remote kinda sucks, I think I want to get a logitech harmony 880 to replace it (and the rest of my clickers for that matter.) The major gripe I have that I need to call the dealer or manufacturer on is that the Video 3 input module (on the front/side) was not screwed in. I want to see if I can have them send me the screws or tell me the correct screws to get to fix it myself.
Thanks in advance!
