I'm building a new hose. In the livingroom I'm planing to have a video projector ceiling mounted. However I should do the precabling suitable for most of the brands.

I'm thinking on HDMI 10 meter long between projector and DVD. Is it recomended? Does it cover all the applications?

I have another questions..
How can I connect a DVD-player to a plasma screen and video projector at the same time? I've seen HDMI swithces but is for 2-DVDs for 1 TV, not the opposite.

Thanks! David

HDMI should cover you for now, make sure you aren't going to need any analog connections for something like a VCR either. Run a conduit you can pull new cables through for future proofing.

As for splitting your source - http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=2514

Do you see any problem in 10 meter HDMI cable?
I see different products in the market with very different prices.
Any vendor recommendation?
