:usa1: Need some help please. Got a Sony xbr960 hdtv. Dish digital STB and a Onkyo receiver. Want to use a component hook up. The STB optical output that i can connect to the Onkyo receiver. The output on the STB are yello white and red the same on the receiver. The hdtv component are red green and blue. Can i use these conectors? or am i out of luck? thanks pjl4000

You need the Dish 811 or 942 receiver to get HD. Your current box is not HD..

thanks for the replay kevinw. I understand now that i need an hd stb to recieve HD. How do i wire up my system to get Dolby sound when useing my ota antenna. No problem with the satellite system getting digital sound but i can't seem to figure out how to get dolby digital sound useing the ota antenna for local stations. thanks pjl4000
