When i saw it in the store the picture was so clear and crisp. Today they delivered mine and i hooked it up to my road runner cable and the picture is very blockly and i can see the pixels.
Anyone have any idea?

What are you watching on it? The biggest issue with HDTV's is the fact that lower quality sources such as analog cable and digital cable look pretty bad on them. LCD TV's really show off how bad our older cable image quality is. There is really nothing you can do about it, but after a while you're eyes will adjust to it and it won't seem as bad. CRT's do the best job of cleaning up the picture (granted it's got the cable grain) to at least make it look more like how a TV of the past would display it. Other HDTV's just can't work too much with those signals to clean them up. Just gotta hope more HD stations start to show up soon so we can actually use these TV's for what they were built for.
What you saw in the store I'm sure was a HD signal being sent to it which is only naturally going to look great. I'm sure you are paying for HD service correct? Flip to your HD stations and your picture should go from blah to wow.
Hope that helps :)
