Both of those channels are VHF. But... WTNH is 34 miles away. An indoor antenna may be ineffective. WTXX will probably be fine.
But... I'd give this a try:

I installed the Low-profile Omnidirectional Amplified TV Antennain my attic. I was able to pull the long range stations however I cannot not pull in WTXX. Why would I be able to pull in WTIC but not WTXX. THey are supposed to be on the same tower. I can get WTNH but I really want to get WTXX. ANy suggestions for an attic mount antena.

Have you confirmed with the station they are currently broadcasting at full power and not experiencing any issues?

Omni's are very poor for digital reception and are more susceptible to multipath. Especially in an attic.
You might wany to try bypassing/disabling the amplifier. You shouldn't need it at <20 miles.
I'd suggest a Channel Master 4228.
(Channels 10 and 12 should be obtainable even though it's a UHF only antenna)

This is the third antenna. I installed athe Channel Master Suburban Range TV Antenna in my attic.

I am pulling in almost all my stations except the one I really want. For every other station it works great but for some reason I cannot recieve WTXX.
The signal for the WTXX is on the same tower as WTIC. When I auto program my samsung DlP it skips over channel 12.
What do I need to do to get a signal 16 miles away. Also Why do I get some channels that are the same distance and are at 262° but not all.

Maybe they are x-mitting at low power?
Maybe they are having problems and not broadcasting a digital signal?
Antennaweb shows them as 'red' so there must be some technical or topograhpical reason.
Have your tried selecting 12.1 or 20.1 manually?

Here's one clue...
Low power and they are not broadcasting HD.
12
9.6kW WTXX-DT WB - Waterbury (New Haven) CT US.. SD/4:3
And according to this, WEDH-DT is channel 32.
32
200kW WEDH-DT ->PBS-CPTV - Hartford (Hartford) CT US
