It says 'input compatible'... nothing about display resolution. I'm sure it's 1080i.
If it's a CRT-based TV, then it'll display 1080i, not P. It's probably a typo if it shows 1080P. Still can't get to the link. I got another link for Sears and that didn't work either. Perhaps they don't want Canadians looking at these units. ;)
Edit - link working now. Supposedly accepts 1080P signals (even though there are almost no 1080P signals to be had.) All incoming HD signals will be converted to 1080i.
Note that it has DVI, not HDMI. Also no mention of HDCP. Be careful to check the manual or manufacturers specs for DVI WITH HDCP.
