can't set 6412 series record

Hi,
Comcast, DCT6412
I have tried numerous times to set up a series recording for American Chopper on Discovery HD, but to no avail. It will only record the one episode (and only ever shows 1 red circle as opposed to 3 red circles). The same thing happened last night with 'Extreme Engineering'. I have set up other series recordings with no problem, but the stuff on DHD seems to be a problem, atleast these 2 shows.

I am selecting the 'All Episodes' option too, so I know that that shouldn't be the problem. Does anyone know why this happens, or what I can do to fix it?

So do any of you guys have any ideas? I'm lost - a coworker of mine said he doesn't have this problem (same setup as me).

Is it possible it's not allowing a series recording due to future conflicts with other recordings you may have already set?

Afraid not...I really don't schedule too many recordings, but rather than get into the specifics I'll just say no, there's no conflicts.
