Can someone tell me what the differences are in these TVs? Are they both "current" models? I know the XS955 has PIP and the A20 does not, anything else? Picture quality? Picture quality in SD? (I get HD with a Motorola box from Comcast - excellent quality). Thanks.

The XS has more colour controls if that helps as far as I understand the difference and of course, 2 HDMI inputs over A20's just one. Never read anything bad about XS models and since I have a close model (only one HDMI) WF655, a good set, too.
I don't see a difference in the store over PQ and if you can get the XS discounted over the newer A20, a good deal, IMO.

Thanks. I did see both in one store and the picture quality was outstanding on both (although the "setting" was different - the XS was out in the main floor, in a bright-flourescent lit setting, and I could watch OTA HD on it, whereas the A20 was in a dark room and I could only see DVDs on it because they had just set up this "theatre"' and didn't have HD set up yet). I'll check prices for deals on the XS.

*I'm not certain if the A20 has a PC input capability. IIRC, it does but please do not hold me to that.
Both use • 0.87" WXGA LCD Panels (IMO, providing the same PQ)

A20 does have a PC input on it but the only difference between the two is one has more inputs than the other. So if you want to pay more for the P&P, meory card feature and an extra input here and there then go with the other set. Besides that the PQ will be the same on both sets really what determines your PQ is what you are watching. HD is just that it's HD so its broadcast in HD so it always looks better SD is still behind the times. So SD will always look average on HD Sets until those networks make some changes on how they broadcast. In the next year or two more networks will be going HD while other does will try to broadcast in more of a digital signal to improve their PQ. Overall the A20 is a great model I have the A10 which I might have gotten the A20 if it was out at the time. But either way you can’t go wrong it all depends on if you want to spend the extra money on some extra features.
