Hey boys,
I am having a weird issue with my pvr.
I have a show set to record on a certain channel, on a certain date at a certain time. I see the show is set to record in my scheduled recordings. A few days pass and it still set to record. On the night of the scheduled recording I am luckily enough to be home to notice that hey, my show is NOT recording. I look in my scheduled recording list and it IS set to record. I look in the guide to see if the show is highlighted in red and it is not. The really weird issue is the show BEFORE it is highlighted red. However, that did not record either.
This problem had occured many times before. At first I thought it was just an error on my part and programming it to record the wrong show. But after 4-5 times of this happening I know it's not me. I have played around with the "record this show at any time on this chan" and "record this show in this time slot" and it hasnt made a difference.
I have rebooted my machine. I have even replaced the unit. Same issue.
This will happen once a week at least, while all the other scheduled shows record.
Any ideas?
P.S if I look in my scheduled recordings list I will still see that show is set to record, eventhough the date has passed.
Example: today is 11/2/2005 I see my show 10/30/05 set to record.. :(
