Im So Confused Bout Nex Gen...

Im really confused bout 360. I know im gonna get a PS3 in spring 06, but im really starting 2 doubt getting a 360 for christmas. I read the posr bout even HDTV not looking as nice as VGA, if u have a nice CRT monitor, on the 360. The price of 400 isnt working considering im looking at purchasing a 500 dollar HDTV for the 360. And on top of tht im not sure i even wont 2 get an HDTV because tht doesnt look as good as 1600x1200 on HDTV, cuz i know 720p is only 1280x720 on comp monitor, can someone pleaz sort out my dilema. Cuz is either the HDTV or 360 for christmas and if i get the 360 im hooking it up 2 my comp and if its HDTV then im gonna wait 2 get a 360, even if tht. Im so confused???

I just remembered tht 1080i= 1920x1080 interlaced, so it would look better than a 1600x1200 monitor, so its decided tht if i get a 360, its only gonna be played on HDTV, tht is if i get 1. :D
