Xbox 360 westinghouse response questions?

Hey I got my xbox 360 and I'm staying at my girlfriend's parent's house and they have a 32" lcd and it was a costco cheap buy this summer and the games look absolutly great. Only problem is now when I go home on saturday I will be returning to my 25" old school crt with a couple purple spots.

37" westinghouse for $1499 tomorrow
---Is the response time and contrast ratio good enough to make this tv worth purchasing for gaming.

Is this tv a better purchase?

***I would just really like a great flat panel lcd that is at least 32" to play my xbox 360 on. My budget is under $2000 with an emphasis on the under.

Got any suggestions? (oh and by the way please don't reccomend projection because I dont like them, and I have ruled out plasma due to the fear of burn in because this will be used for heavy video gaming)

I am in the same boat as you. That westinghouse seems quite good on paper, unfortunately Best Buy here in Canada don't carry them though. If you find something decent let us know!

I use the 32" Westy for XBox and haven't had any problems at all. I haven't picked up the new 360, however, so I don't know how it may perform with that console. BB usually has a 30 day return policy, so I'd give the 37" or 32" a shot. Worst case scenario, you could always return it...
