360 and Lag

Thinking about buying a refurbed sammy hlp-5063w have been reading about some lag issues on the old xbox and was wondering if anyone has had any lag or not and what types of sets you all are using

Sony 60'' SXRD + Xbox360 = No Lag what so ever...

If you are talking about an Xbox there is a little conversion lag, but the 360 is a non issue. If you are trying to buy a tv based on MFG. specs on conversion lag then multiply there number by 6. Example; tv spec's at 4mS......it' really like 24mS. The only games that you will see a little affect to game play are the FPS games. I use to have that problem playing Rainbow six 3......it's annoying.

I play call of duty 2 and perfect dark zero which are both first person shooters on my SXRD and have experienced Zero lag in the month I have owned the Xbox360.

how is everyone confirming and or testing tv lag? There seems to be this sudden surge of video game/ tv lag concerns? How are people jumping to this conclusion if there is no way to prove it in your house? I think alot of people are confusing network structure with tv lag. I guess if someone can tell me a "standard" of testing then I'll understand were these concerns come from. I'm still a little confused by this as you guys can tell.

I have the hlp-5063w Samsung and I do not have any lag on the Xbox or Xbox 360.

I have a sharp LC32DA5U and seem to be experiencing lag when the xbox 360 is set to 720p or 1080i. There seems to be zero issues when it is set to 480p. Looks like I may have to get a better TV.
