Multi Region, Multi Disk????

Can anyone tell me if anyone makes a Region Free Multi disk DVD player? Proggesive scan and all the usual features. Thanks. Something along the lines of this, but region free.

Thanks,the Pioneer DV-F727 would be ideal if it had the converter built in for playback on any TV. I guess I will haver to go for one of the 5 disk models at present.
