Calibrating my LCD TV for 360

Hi, I have a Sceptre 37 in. LCD and I've noticed on the 360 that sometimes it's too dark to see certain images on the screen. Does anyone know where I can find a piece of info. that will give me optimal settings? Or some video I can download maybe? Thanks.

I would think that if you use one of the setup DVDs discussed in the HDTV FAQ "What you need to do to your new HDTV", that would help...

Most games will have gamma correction/brightness settings in the control panel (in-game)

Perfect Dark Zero has it for sure, anyway ;)
