I just recently purchased an HD tuner for my family for christmas. I hooked up yesterday and everything worked perfectly, crisp picture and brilliant dolby 5.1. However after about 10 minutes of drooling we noticed a slight problem. About half of our channels seem to lag. It seems to do this pretty consistently, about every 10 seconds or so. It seems to skip and on a few channels the pixels become frozen. I dont think it is my tv because the sound also skips at the same time. I am loving my HD at this point but this is becoming a little annoying.

My setup includes:

-Panansonic 32 inch 1080i HD-ready set

-RCA ATSC11 HD tuner

-Terk TV-55 antenna

Also I live in MN, not sure if that matters or not.

First guess on my part is that you may need a 'real' antenna.
Sounds like a reception problem.

Whats the weather been like. Here in CT its been rainy and today very windy. Without a super solid signal you will get freez ups. Ide try a amp booster or a pre-amp to see if the signal gets better. I have a booster and tomorrow I may try a preamp to see if the signal get better. The booster makes a world of difference to my antenna DB-2.

The Terk-55 already has a booster/pre-amp.
