Question #1?
For what video output resolution is the XBox set?
This TV appears to accept all incoming formats, so it sounds like a connection issue, (proper component video connections to the proper inputs) or a setup issue either in the XBOX or the TV.

(Although the information under broadcast format displayed is incorrect. It only displays in 768P, therefore the information on this site could be incorrect. Perhaps 720P is not "accepted" by this TV and the XBOX needs to be set to 1080i, which is where Ratman was probably headed)

Additionally (why I asked about the connections), for HD, this set only has SCART and DVI inputs.
Do the UK versions of XBox360 have these outputs?

You stated previously that it was setup properly.
Are you sure it's setup properly????
Question #1 is pretty clear...
How do you have them interconnected?
(E.G. What cables, from where, to where... etc.)
Not to be snippy... but if you can't answer our questions, how can we provide suggestions?

can you connect the UK 360 to a HDTV using dvi-d connections with the cable supplied?
