I just saw 2 pices at Radio Shack, 1 for 13ft Monster HDMi cables $150.00 and another for No Name 12 foot calbles about $69.00.

It seems a big leap to me, any experts out there? Have any info, if the reception difference between Monster and other brands justifies the cost diffrence?

Thank You.

You definitely do not need Mon$ter cables. See the following thread, posts 1 & 4.

BTW, see the HDTV FAQ "DVI/HDMI Information". You can buy excellent 3-6' HDMI cables for $10-20 from places like monoprice. 12' may be a bit more...

Do not waste your money on something that does not increase any quality in audio or video. Shop on the internet and find cables for much cheaper, that work just as well.
