I just bought an Xbox 360. I walked into Target and they had six premiums just sitting there. No lines , nothing. I was a little shocked being that they are sold out everywhere. In fact, I went back later that night to get a game and the 5 other units had not been purchased. I wonder if we will see a huge supply of Xbox 360s hitting the market. No waiting list and enough for every one.
I know this has been asked before, I own a 50 inch SXRD Sony. Is anyone out there playing their Xbox 360 on the PC input/output? Do you notice any difference in picture quality versus the component cables?

Yes, it sure did. That was un-expected. Although it did not come with any free Xbox live trial cards. Now I just need to transfer my old Xbox live account to Xbox 360. I ended up getting the prem. system for $383.00 plus tax. I got a Target Credit card and saved 10%. I know, way too much info.

I've seen Xbox 360's in some of the Walmarts around here in the piedmont, NC. I think they are mainly the core systems but hey, its a start! Funny, the gaming stores around here never have any in stock!

Anyone use a VGA or PC input for their Xbox 360? I have a Sony SXRD with the capability of 1080 resolution. I read via the PC input I could set the resolution to 1280 x 720. Will the picture quality be better than the component cable setting of 720 p? Will the resolution of 1280 x 720 look ok on a 1080 p T.V. for the Xbox 360?

Well, I bought the VGA HD cable. I could not set the resolution where it covered the entire screen. I ended up with a box effect. The highest resolution would not fit on my 50 inch 1080 p RPTV. Lesson learned.

I just found a guy online selling 360's for $200 a pop. He says he has about 16 units left. Anyone think it is legit. There are no 360's in my town or any town near me. I would be willing to pay regular price, if I could find one. Any advice? Thanks in Advance.

If the "deal" sounds too good to be true... be careful.

Just to give an update. I didn't buy the 360 for $200, the guy wouldn't use paypal. There aren't any xbox 360's and the only thing online are the bundles, which I can't afford. If anyone has ideas or advice, I would be glad to hear it? Thanks in advance.
