did anyone else get an e-mail from steve at the yankee group about conducting a survey for his "client" on hd? is he a member here or just someone trying to get my info to sell to other companies? he said i get a $50 amazon gift cert.

I also received the same. I responded this morning that I wouldn't mind participating in the survey, So I'll let folks here know if I find out anything more.
I will say that if you check out the Yankee Group website that he does appear to be a perfectly legitimate employee of that company and there are many articles and reports available that at least mention him in them. So far I would say this appears to be on the up and up.
