My 6412 boxes stayed one hour behind today. Called Comcast and they were not aware of the situation. They said they have been getting calls from customers complaining of defective boxes with missing recordings. And they haven't figured it out until I called tonight. If you have a Comcast box, check it or your recordings will not be there. They will be the reruns of Entourage, not the Sopranos. They will send a signal and your box will be on time, and actually, they are exactly on time, not forty seconds behind.
