This is exactly why some DVRs don't have certain features as I've mentioned in some previous posts when people ask "why doesn't my Sat/Cable DVR....".
I wonder what the exact item was... Surely it can't be watching one programme while recording another....

Isn't it interesting that Directv just extended their agreement with Tivo for another three years (and a promise not to sue each other.) Hmmm...
