Record from Motorola DCT 6400 to VCR

I presently do not have a VCR connected to my system. How would I record a show from the DVR to the VCR? I would only connect the VCR when I wish to record a show to tape, which will be rarely done. Thanks.

Composite or S-Video ouput from the DVR to the respective video input of the VCR. And... red/white analog audio also.
