My great Emerson DVD Recorder is finally dying after about 500-600 successful burns. I think an electrical storm is to blame. (Don't snicker at the words "great" and "Emerson" in the same sentence.) I considered getting another Emerson since I had such good luck with it, but I like to try new products.
Any suggestions on a $150 or less recorder? It can be fairly basic. I just want reliable!
