I know this is an old set but...
It was working great but when I went to turn it on this morning the fan starts, the power light starts to blink green but it never goes solid and I never get a picture.
Any ideas?
Did you check the Troubleshooting section of the operating manual? My first guess would be a burnt out bulb?

No, this blinky pattern isn't called out in the troubleshooting section. I replaced the existing bulb with the old bulb I saved when it called out for it even though it was still working (not going to go on about how quickly they burn out...) and no difference.
I did find something on the ecoustics bbs that talks about a thermal fuse behind the cover:

I'm surprising dangerous with this kind of stuff - for just a user - so I guess I'll give it a go!

sure enough that's what it was for mine, too. had to buy the service manual through manualparadise.com but it was worth it. My fuse was $1.78 US.
Good for you. Thanks for reporting back.

Could someone please give me the part number for this fuse? Or a direct Link to where I can purchase the fuse.
Thanks in advance,

Tritronics and many other Panasonic authorized distributors have them. You will need the part number from the service manual for your set to be sure that you get the right one.
