Hey guys,
I know there's debate on whether these things are worth a damn, but I picked up one from a friend who was having a divorce fire sale. :(
For $100, (he said $50, I handed him $100, he's still my friend!)

Anyways, my question is.... the way I have everything set up, I have a Bello Audio Tower that's about 4 feet from my TV. I have most of my components there, except my DTV box. Would I be losing anything by using small extention cords on my TV, (Sony Wega) and my direct TV, so I can plug them into the Monster Unit? Or should I refigure things so at least my TV and sat. box are plugged into it, and forget my receiver, CD player, DVD, etc?

Any advice?

Thanks.

You should try to refigure if you want the full benefit of the clean power aspect of the Monster Power system. As for power surge protection you should still be okay! Also make sure your friend registered the unit or you will "not" get the surge warenty protection from Monster!

Thanks for the reply. I called Monster directly, they said I could use extention cords for the TV and DTV box, but to use 12 gauge. I'll have to look things over see if I want to do this, or just reconfigure everything.
