I have a Motorola 6412 Phase III with Comcast. Recently it seems like everything I record from HBO HD on the DVR tends to stutter when I play it back. Then after make myself watch most of the movie that way the sound goes out and the picture gets really bad. I am not even sure how to describe what it does at that point.
I have a call into Comcast and a technician is coming out Friday afternoon, but I thought I would check here first and see if any else experienced this issue. Also the Music channels no longer work. I just get a message saying this channel will be available shortly and unless shortly is longer then 45 minutes it never comes up. The music channels are not a big deal to me, but the wife figures if we are paying for it then it better work when she wants to use it.
