Have you unplugged it from the wall for a few minutes/hours? Sometimes that performs a reset.

yah that is all that i have tried though. Well not true I opened it up to look for a reset switch but didnt look too hard.

Looking through the service manual Iam having a hard time finding a plac where a fusecould cause issues.
