KP46WT500 Problem, please help

I had this model for almost three years now, I purchased it brand new. No problem ever... until now. Tv works fine, but picture as a red shadow behind it, like split picture. I press the Flash Focus button but thats doesn't do anything. Not to mention I can't find my tv manual guide. I chat w/ two different sony tech support, but they couldn't help me. SO I'm hoping someone here could help me solve or atleast give me a idea of the problem and how much it's going to cost. Thank You.

I'm not sure if your problem is related to the failing convergence IC issue, but have a look at the Sticky at the top of the Hitachi forum on Convergence problems.

If it looks like that, then you'll know how to solve the problem. If not, can you post a picture?

Okay, I'll post a picture asap. I tried pushing the flash focus button, but that didn't do anything unless I'm suppose to align the line myself.
