HDMI switch.... best deal?

I want to get an HDMI switch for my Mits 62525 which only has 1 hdmi port. I'd like to ultimately connect my Cable box, HTPC and upconverting dvd player.

So it must have at least 3 or more hdmi inputs, 1 output (obviously) and MUST be remote controlled. I'm not getting up to switch the input :sleepy3:

I'm a cheap skate, so I'm looking for inexpensive. I thought about building one, but have been unable to find the female hdmi connectors.

The ones on monoprice.com are probably among the least expensive, good switches with 3+ inputs.
