okay, i want a lcd hdtv for watching tv, playing my xbox 360, and also for using as a computer screen (what kinda input is required for this...i have a dell dimension 9100 pc with a radeon x600 256mb hypermemory graphics card...(what kinda input do i need to be able to use the tv as a computer monitor also? is it just a s-video input, vga input, or do i need dvi?)...my budget is around $2000, i want a 37"-42" screen, needs to be widescreen, and i defintely want it to support 720p and 1080i so my xbox 360 will look good on it...please help me find what im looking for because im going to purchase this in the near future...i'm kinda leaning towards this Sony (http://reviews.cnet.com/Sony_KDL_40S2000/4507-6482_7-31694889.html?tag=sub) ...thx

This Westinghouse TV is $1999 on Newegg. It's 42" and has a reso of 1080p. It has alot of inputs. Just one HDMI though.

The question is what outputs does your Dell have? Most computers do not have a video input. Usually, DV is sent via Firewire. VGA will work, as will DVI since you can simply get a DVI-->HDMI cable for uncompressed digital signals to the TV. For the amount of money you spending on a 40" 720p set, you could get a 50" 1080p DLP set that makes your xbox 360 games REALLY pop. I use it as a monitor as well with my DVI-out connection on my computer. Its nice for working with video.

Cheers!

Caution on the Westinghouse. Is a problem programing your cable/dish remote to a Westinghouse TV.

$1,899.99

It has everything you want.
I'm thinking about buying one myself.
