Boy do I feel stuipd asking this but after reading all the posts on antennas, I just want to be sure we are talking about UHF only for HD broadcasts.

The reason being I have a built in tuner on my Mits and have yet to use it. I found my listings of DTV channels on CEA (4, 56, 23 so on) and am following your advise on Rat Shack UHF antennas. Looks to me a UHF only antenna is all I need for local HDTV reception. Correct?

I have to laugh at the persuit of the Double Bowtie antenna from Rat Shack. I can remember thowing out more then one of those things when we got cable, 25 some years ago. Ironic...

Looks as if you need a VHF/UHF combo antenna. Channel 4 is VHF.

VHF = channels 2-13
UHF = channels 14-69
