The most recent ads from Chase are not in HD, but the Circuit City ads (Chase card supported) do - but I have seen these only on Discovery HD Theater. :whistle:
It is a great trend to have - just hope Chase starts doing them and other companies follow. :D

I kind of like the SD commercials. It makes it easy to stop the fast foward on the remote for my DVR.

The HD commercials from other sponsors currently make me stop the fast forwarding, as I think the show has started back up already or if there is some really interesting network new show on, only to find some company is selling something, very sneaky. :D
On the other hand, I am glad they did their commercial in HD, as it shows they are embracing the newer broadcast medium - HDTV.
More chance, too, I'll buy their product vs. the SD commercial product. :)

The novelty of HD commercials will wear off. HD or SD... they're still commercials.
