My dish was totally ruined by an ice storm when a tree limb crushed my dish. I called directv and told them what had happened, also, I wanted a triple LNB to replace in able to receive HDTV in the future. They agreed for $66, including installation. I'll let you know what happens.

The dish was installed on Saturday and looks great. Can't wait for an HDTV receiver.
