I am trying to reset my aspect ratio using the Olevia remote. When I put on the screen button there are several choices including aspect. But since aspect is not in bold lettering I can't get the remote to stop on the aspect ratio. What do I do?
Some HDTVs don't allow you to change the aspect on HD inputs. See the HDTV FAQ on "Widescreen TV Stretch Modes" and "Black Bars".
Please provide additional information:
- Do you have a STB connected to the TV (Cable or Sat or OTA box)
- Does this occur on SD and HD.
- Etc.

You would think if it's on the menu it should be changeable. Do you by a chance have a composite input selected since this would be 4:3 only I think. Try switching to something else if so like Component or HDMI to see if there is any difference.
