Insignia 32" LCD HDTV NS-32LCD Menu Question

We bought the tv a week ago and when trying to use the menu feature via the remote, Video, Audio and Feature are highlighted so I can run through the settings. The setup menu is never highlighted so I can not get into those settings. Any help would be much appreciated as this is driving me batty...short trip, I know :headb:

I have the NS-27LCD which I think is the exact same tv but smaller. I found that the setup menu could only be accessed from the Cable TV input, not from any of the component, vga, or hdmi inputs. The setup menu only contains information pertaining to cable tv options.
