Help with my AKAI 32" HDTV

I just recently bought this TV.

I play my xbox360 on it which looks amazing on 1080i, then when I watch regular TV the picture is nowhere near as clear. Any suggestions?

See the HDTV FAQ "why does my HDTV have poor SD PQ".

"Regular" TV is not ever going to look like HD.
