View Full Version : Akai pt5598 Power LED Flashes Only, Help!

I have a Akai 55inch projection TV. Went away for the weekend and turned it on to find just the Power LED flashing. There's a non consistent sequence of flashes. I replaced the video amps and voltage regulator so far, but no change. Does anyone have and input on what could need replacing short of LSB? The power supply isn't coming up. Thanks

found the main problem is some 3.9 ohm resisters on the conv. board were open. but now i have a bow in my green gun. Any help?

cool, got it up and running, there were 6 4.7ohm resisters open so I replaced the STK's, again with the resisters and shizam! Fixed!!
