Hi there,

How fragile is fragile when it comes to plasma?
Is it true that they can't be tilted more than 5 degrees? What are their typical temperature tolerances? (i.e. - safe to place over fireplace)

I'm specifically looking at the Phillips Ambilight 42PF9631D, but if you know of a sturdier model...?

Thanks for any information. I seriously need it!
:thankyou3

No 'fragile' than any other TV.

Tilting is a myth.

Temperature is always a concern with ANY TV.

When mounting over a fireplace, the primary concerns should be heat/ventilation. Secondary... comfortable viewing angles. Thirdly... running A/V cables.
