I got my Vizio 37" today!!!!
I have been playing PS3 on it, and it is pretty cool.
I am having some trouble watching HD TV though. I have the basic cable package from Comcast. There's no set top box, just a coxial coming through the wall. My TV has a ATSC/NTSC/QAM tuner. Shouldn't I be able to watch local channels in HD? I don't need an antenna do I?

maybe, look at the manual and find what you need to do for Quam Channels.
BTW Thank god you finally bought a TV.

The QAM channels are usually in weird places, flip through all the scanned channels you have and see what you found. What model Vizio by the way?
See the following thread on the subject. You'll need to check for the HD channels and there'll only be a few of them - usually HD programming is only on in the evenings:

The QAM channel numbers won't bear any relation to the cable numbers.
