View Full Version : FLM-2632 Volume Issues
I have a Polaroid FLM-2632. I turned the set on today and the volume quit working. It was fine 8 hours before. I tried unlocking the volume, but it still doesn't work. Help!

Have you tryed pulling the power cord to the TV for 30 seconds or so & plugging it back in?

And if the above doesn't work, check out the other things to check - below:
Try the volume button on the TV itself to if that works, if it does, then it's your remote. Make sure you haven't pressed another button on the remote that controls another device - make sure it's set to "TV".

I left the TV unplugged overnight. I've also tried to use the volume button located on the TV itself. Still nothing. Does anyone know if there is a factory default code I can send to the TV via the remote?

Are you using the internal speakers on the HDTV or do you go through an AV Reciever surround system? If you use an AV Reciever is there a 2nd pair of audio outputs you can try in back of the TV? If that doesn't work maybe a different set of inputs on the AV reciever.
Don't know much else to suggest.

I'm just using the TV. Thanks for trying! I have Circuit City coming out in 7 days.
If you have a cable box, reset it. Beyond that...I don't know???Defective!!!

As stated above unplug the calbe box and re-boot it. I had had the same problem and it was the cable box, needed to be re-booted.
