Motorola 6200 Sound problem...

I recently purchased a new VIZIO HDTV and got a Motorola 6200 STB from Cox Communications. I noticed the last couple of days that the sound on CBS HD (ie: golf tournament today) was out of sinc with the picture. The sound was about a half sec. ahead of the picture. I called Cox and got absolutely frustrated with trying to get them to help. My connections are the supplied 5 component video/audio connectors..they are all tight. I don't notice this problem on other HD stations...Is this a network problem (seems like they would mention it), or a receiver problem? :thankyou3

It might be worth it to email your local CBS stations technical staff. It could probably be the Network, Local station or Cox's Headend equipment doing it. I don't think you have any problems with your own equipment since it's only one channel.
