wd-62527 timer has green blinking lights, help.

have model LCD WD-62527. The light under the timer, keeps blinking green, then stops. The tv sounds likes its trying to start up, but doesn't. I checked the lamp and it is fine. The reset button works, but it still goes back to blinking green.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
