Kameleon Remote (6-in-1)

I am involved with buying STBs & remotes for Comcast, and I met with a rep today from Universal Electronics. She showed me this new universal 6-in-1 remote called the Kameleon. They manufacture it for Radio Shack. It BLEW me away. :eek: It has a blue plasma-like face and is touch-sensitive, so you see nothing until you activate it by touching it, and it automatically back-lights!

What a slick piece of thing this is and it is only $59 at Radio Shack!

Anyone have one of these and if so, is it as incredible in real-life as it looks???

Un fortunately the display is just a light up display, you can't actually use it, and most stores are sold out.

I have this remote ( bought it the first day we got it in the store)
I really love it. You can program it with codes (like other universal remotes), it also has a learning function, and macros. Only the keys used for the device you select light up, you can adjust the brightness, and select which device the volume control 'locks' to. It looks really kewl, I get lots of compliments on it. It's also telephone upgradeable. You can call a toll free number and hold up your remote to the phone to upgrade the software in it to acomodate<sp?> new devices.
