Haier 42EP24S No Video Black screen

So it seems after haveing this TV for over 2 years I have no video
and it seem this is a problem many are haveing after this amount of time.
This post is to help others in fixing there TV's

This is what I have found out so far the YSUS PC board is your problem
Part number 6871QYH045B I have a call into Haier to see if I can get this
I did a search on the web and found a couple but none in the US
so if someone can traslate these sites and help out

The cost of the board seems to be cheep 35-40 bucks?? but I could be translating wrong
