Does anyone know the wattage the 6412 consumes? All the manuals I can find do not list this. Thanks!

It should be noted on a label on the back or bottom of the unit (probably near the power cord).
Probably somewhere around 20-40 Watts, depending on whether it's on or in standby. These units don't really shut off.
If you're interested in power consumption of devices and parasitic draws, get yourself a Watt Meter. You can buy them for about $25. Here's the one I have in Canada.

The power ratings in the specifications or on the units themselves are usually maximum power. For example, a large plasma may say 400 Watts, however, during operation when properly calibrated, the power consumption may be closer to 200 Watts, depending on the colours displayed - black requires less power.

Thanks! I'm adding all my devices up so I can upgrade my ups and I think I'm going to go with a power conditioner.
Here it is so far:
TV - 285W
PS3 - 380W
Receiver - 616W  I got this by the listed 5.6A times 110V
Edit - and I'm at work or i would look - lol
I'm assuming that when you get a UPS, you won't be plugging the high usage devices into the battery protected side - perhaps only the surge side, otherwise you'll need a massive UPS. Also, your AVR will likely only be using about 50-100 Watts under normal listening levels, although I've heard that Denons may be more - they get quite hot.
For example, here's the power draw of a lot of my stuff:
In some cases I didn't bother checking individual items, I simply checked everthing that's plugged into the "UPS" (I have 3 UPS - one for Computer stuff, one for stereo stuff and one for TV stuff.). I've been "upgrading" UPS as required and moving the "older" ones to other services.

Wow! That is cool!
I am now leaning towards an APC voltage conditioner, specifically the H15
Probably a stupid question, can I hook the conditioner up to my current UPS? I just want to give the tv time to cool the bulb in a power failure
