Hi there. I have a problem with my Sony HDTV. The model number is KP-61HS30.
The color on it has gone to black and white. When I click 'Menu' on my remote, there is full color. What do I do?

Provide more info. ;)
What is the "source" for viewing? (cable, OTA, satellite)
Using internal tuner or external tuner?
If external, how is it connected? (component, HDMI, etc.)
Does this occur on all video inputs?
Have you reseated all of the video cables on each end?
Have you tried unplugging the TV and all/any connected devices from power for a while?
Well. I use Sattelite, Cable and also play playstation 2 on it. Yes it does occur on all inputs. I believe i am using an internal tuner also. I am going to try unplugging everything for the day and try it later tonight.
Bump. Anyone help, please?

You should have a master reset on the remote or in the menu to reset the settings to factory default. If you do that and still black and white I'd say its time for a service call to Sony and see what they say.
