Does a 1080p come in sizes smaller than a 37 inch? I'm looking for a High Definition for my room and its very confusing. I've been searchin boards to see what people have to say about what brands they have and like. I have a Panasonic superflat tv that I bought 7 years ago and its been a great tv. I don't know if I can really give it up, but HD are really nice looking.

very few small tvs display 1080p. 1080p is more for larger displays.

A quick check of the BestBuy site shows that LG and Samsung offer 1080p in their 37" size while Sharp offers 1080p in both 32" and 37" sizes. However, as Kevinw pointed out, most small sets are of the 720p variety. Personally, with a screen size that small, I doubt that you would really see a big difference between 720p and 1080p. I would suggest that when you go to look at the various sets, don't go with your mind set on only 1080p. Let your eyes decide...if the 1080p looks better to you than the 720p model, then go for it. Otherwise, you'll be able to save $$$ if the 720p models look just as good to you. Just my 2 cents worth. :grandpa9:
