The Ka-Band portion of the satellite will...test, verify and deliver future broadband initiatives....32 Ku-Band transponders..will enhance EchoStar's DISH Network satellite TV offering, including additional service for Alaska and Hawaii.
Maybe this is Charlie's go at letting evrybody know he's serious.....
And as with everything it's a wait a see kinda of game..... :D
