Possible Circuit +140, what does it mean?

Hi,

My Panasonic PT-53WX54J won't stay on. Shuts down right away.
The LED on the front panel flashes once and the manual says "Possible Circuit +140" that should be checked.

Does anyone know what that means?
Where it is located and is it something I can replace?

I searched through the service manual and couldn't find anything.
